It’s week four of the One Room Challenge™ I am participating in to transform my boys’ shared bedroom in just six weeks! I am getting so excited to see what the room will look like when it’s done. Week one, I shared my Vintage Modern Boys Bedroom Inspiration with you. Week two, I shared the bedding we chose, along with some other Vintage Modern Bedding inspiration. Last week, I shared some fun DIY Felt Pennant Flags I made using my Silhouette. This week I am rounding up some of my favorite art prints for boys rooms, and giving you another peek at our progress in the boys’ room.

10+ Art Prints for Boys Rooms
One area of decorating that I have ALWAYS struggled with is putting stuff on my walls. I never know what to hang on them, so ninety percent of the time I end up leaving them blank! The struggle to decide what to put on the boys’ walls has been REAL. There are just so many good options it is hard to choose what I like best! Here are my favorite art prints for boys rooms, and as a bonus I have also included a FREE “Adventure” printable!National Parks Map via Schoolhouse created by Ello There
Canvas United States Map from Crate & Barrel
La Luna Moon Poster by Neptune Art Print
Free Alphabet Print via Verkstad 42
Lego Patent Prints – Set of 4 via The Okie Home
I love the look of educational charts in a room! They bring such a fun vintage-y vibe to a space! You can easily make any poster into a wall hanging using magnetic poster hangers, or this poster hanging kit made specifically for Cavallini & Co. flat wraps.

ORC Progress Update
The walls are painted, the industrial style shelves are installed, and the pennants have been hung! Whoop! We are currently working on making a magnetic poster hanger for the art prints that we ordered so that we can get those hung. To be honest, we were a bit derailed this week in preparation for Halloween (I have been drowning in felt feathers and hot glue for my son’s owl costume!). So, as you can imagine, there is little progress to show for this week. Also, the Canvas United States Map from Crate & Barrel came in but it was damaged, and I had to get it replaced. Here is a sneak peek of the shelves prior to the walls being painted.
Here is another “before” view of their space. Totally and completely unfiltered! I had to dig through old photos for these because I am TERRIBLE at remembering to take “before pictures”!
A few things that we have yet to do are: finish the poster hanger, hang the wall art, decorate and style the shelves. If time permits I am considering painting the boys’ dresser and changing out their blinds! Next week, I will be sharing how we made the shelves, as well as a few tips for how to style them!
